Business Account Manager
Responsibilities
-
Driving sales and maximizing revenue opportunities for parts and heavy equipment

Forging new business relationships and maintaining existing business relationships

Supporting Sale and Purchase activities

Source, review and analyse market intelligence to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
-
Minimum Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Business Analytics
-
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction/marine industry
-
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Motivated in provided excellent customer service

Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
-
Overall management of customers’ sales and repair orders
-
Responding to and following up on requests for quotes
-
Active response to enquiries on live chat platform on the company’s website
-
Liaising with related entities to ensure a smooth and timely fulfillment of sales and repair orders ;
-
Handling customer complaints and working with reporting manager to provide relevant resolution to satisfy customer requirements; and
-
Secondary duties assigned as required by direct superior
Requirements
-
At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Customer Service or a customer facing role within a B2B context (preferably in the construction or marine industry);

High School diploma

PC literate and savvy with IT applications

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Team player with excellent analytical and communication skills

A high level of customer service attitude

Ability to discuss options with customers around needs and timeframes.
Assistant Legal Counsel
Responsibilities

Assist the General Counsel in all tasks

Provide legal advice to management

Vetting legal documents

Providing advice on Singapore or Hong Kong legislation, particularly regarding import/export
Requirements

Called to the Singapore or HK Bar
-
At least 3 years PQE in a law firm with experience in product liability and/or commercial law or dispute resolution
